"The Eagles Wednesday morning ruled quarterback Michael Vick out for their game Thursday evening against the Seahawks, the third straight game he'll miss with broken ribs.

Vick, who also missed three games last year with broken ribs and rib cartilage damage, got hurt during the loss to Arizona. Vince Young, who started against the Giants and Patriots, will make his third start as an Eagle Thursday night in Seattle.

The Eagles also ruled out Jeremy Maclin for the Seahawks with a lingering hamstring injury.

Vick and Maclin did not accompany the team on its charter flight to Seattle early Wednesday morning."
