UCF senior guard Isaiah Sykes was named second-team all-American Athletic Conference.

Sykes, a first-team all-Conference USA selection last season, averaged 16.4 points and 7.1 rebounds for the Knights, who struggled in their first season in the highly-competitive American.

The 6-feet-6 senior was the focus of every opposing defense, yet he remained one of the top threats in the conference. Despite playing for a UCF team that finished ninth in the 10-team league, Sykes remained one of the conferences biggest offensive threats.
