Garic Wharton is on the move.

The Arizona Wildcats receiver has left the program with one season of eligibility remaining. The Las Vegas native had 17 catches for 291 yards and two touchdowns as a redshirt junior last season.

Wharton graduated from UA last month and is eligible to play right away if he decides to transfer to another university.

Wharton was a member of Mike Stoops' 2010 recruiting class and was a two-star prospect coming out of high school. Wharton was going to have a tough time finding playing time this season with several receivers in front of him on the depth chart.

Cayleb Jones, Austin Hill, Trey Griffey, David Richards, DaVonte' Neal, Samajie Grant, Nate Phillips and Cameron Denson are all expected to get playing time over Wharton.

For his UA career, Wharton had 36 catches for 555 yards and four touchdowns. His best game last season came against USC. Wharton had two catches for 73 yards and two scores.
