Looking back, Tyson Chandler doesn't blame the Bobcats for his short, odd stay in Charlotte. He blames his own impatient need to prove himself.

Chandler, arguably as good a player as the Bobcats have ever had, played a single season in Charlotte, 2009-10. He started just 27 games, never really impacted the team and was traded to the Dallas Mavericks the following summer, essentially for Erick Dampier's unguaranteed contract.

He went on to win an NBA championship with the Mavericks, be an anchor for Team USA in the 2010 World Championships and be named NBA Defensive Player of the Year this past season with the New York Knicks.
