"The Indians entered Tuesday night's game with their magic number to elimination at six (any combination of six Detroit victories or six Indians losses). Manager Manny Acta said that until MLB puts an X by the Indians' spot in the standings, he's going to play his best lineup -- especially against a contender like Texas.

After the Indians are eliminated, Acta says he could start using some of his younger players such as Cord Phelps, Nick Hagadone and Josh Judy.
