" A wrongful-death suit against Kings guard Tyreke Evans and three others will go to trial July 13 in Delaware County (Pennsylvania) Court, the Philadelphia Inquirer reported.

Evans, who is out because of a foot injury, was not available for comment before Monday night's game against the Los Angeles Clippers at Arco Arena.

Evans, his cousin Jamar Evans, and two others are being sued by the family of Marcus Reasons, who was killed Nov. 25, 2007 in a drive-by shooting."
