"For once, the Trail Blazers have received good news following a medical test on a center's knee.
The magnetic resonance imaging test performed on Marcus Camby's left knee Thursday revealed that there is no new damage and the Blazers' starting center is officially listed as day-to-day with a sore left knee.
Camby tweaked his knee during the Blazers' Wednesday morning shootaround in Salt Lake City and was scratched from the game later that night. Before tip-off, as Camby's knee was wrapped in ice, he said he was "fine" and vowed to play in the Blazers' regular season opener Monday against the Philadelphia 76ers at the Rose Garden."
