"As the players were leaving the field following the second practice session Sunday, Torry Holt brought one of his Patriots teammates over to meet his three children.

And this wasn't just any teammate.

Holt had Randy Moss in tow, and it didn't take long before the kids were shaking hands with the receiver and chatting him up.

Holt, one of the finest receivers to have ever played the game, explained why it was important for his kids to meet Moss.

"It's a respect factor there," Holt said yesterday. "My little ones know Randy. They know him very well. They've heard his name several times. So I wanted to make sure they met someone I consider great."
