West Brom have sacked manager Tony Pulis.

Pulis has been at the Hawthorns since January 2015 but has paid the penalty for a dismal start to the season.

Saturday's home defeat to Chelsea was the final straw for the Baggies board who have decided to act.

West Brom won their opening two matches of the season but have failed to pick up three points since then, losing their last four.

Alan Pardew and Northern Ireland boss Michael O'Neill are the early front runners to replace Pulis, with Gary Megson placed in temporary charge.
