ESPN is citing sources that the NFLPA's executive committee will recommend approval of the labor deal on Monday. The owners approved the deal last Thursday at a hotel near Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport. The union membership would then have to approve the deal in a majority vote and then re-certify as a union.
