""Captain Serious" was all smiles over the weekend.
Blackhawks captain Jonathan Toews was noticeably relaxed during the NHL All-Star Game festivities, taking advantage of a break from the rigors of the defending Stanley Cup champions' roller-coaster regular season.
"Back home it's always about a win or a loss and what you have to do," said Toews, who had a goal and two assists during Team Lidstrom's 11-10 victory over Team Staal in Sunday's game. "Here it's a lot of guys just mixing it up and having fun with the media and the fans. It's a good time for everybody."
In Toews' second All-Star Game appearance, the center was able to fly under the radar and concentrate on interacting with the NHL's top players."
