"Since the loss to Buffalo on Nov. 21, Terrell Owens has increasingly voiced his frustration about the team's losing streak (now at 10) and record (now 2-11). After the 23-7 loss to Pittsburgh on Sunday, Owens didn't have much in the way of answers saying: "I've been here 9-10 games straight and you guys are asking the same questions. I have no answers."
He did have some answers on The T.Ocho Show on Versus.
Wearing a T-shirt that read "I love keeping it real", Owens started out by saying: "For us to be 2-11 at this time in time, yeah my frustration is at an all-time high. I pretty much have been quiet all year but the fact I was brought in here to help get this team to the playoffs and for us to be where we are right now is very frustrating."
And then Chad Ochocinco asked him why they were 2-11 and Owens gave his assessment starting with owner Mike Brown, the coaches and then players before going back to the coaches.
"I think there is underachieving you know from the top down," Owens said. "You start off with the owner, you start off with the coaches and obviously we as players. We are a product of what the coaches are doing, are coaching us throughout the course of the week. Of course we have to go out there and play the game but in order for us to do what we're allowed to do at the best of our ability the coaches have to put the players in the best position.""
