"It's no secret in NFL circles that the Cincinnati Bengals had a tough locker room situation last year in terms of chemistry disrupted by the dual disruptive presence of wide receivers Chad Ochocinco and Terrell Owens.
Owens won't be back, and Ochocinco appears to be on thin ice.
During a radio interview on Sirius XM, Bengals defensive tackle Tank Johnson acknowledged the chemistry problems.
Johnson said that Ochocinco and Owens were too much to handle for a "humble team."
While not blaming Ochoncinco and Owens for doing their respective reality shows, Johnson said the entire team wasn't ready for their high-profile presence and believes it affected the team because they were uneasy around "superstar players."
Of course, the Bengals have other issues to deal with like the Carson Palmer situation and whether to bring back running back Cedric Benson."
