The Bengals and Houshmandzadeh's agent, Kennard McGuire, have been in discussions over the last three days and the Bengals have an offer on the table.

The Bengals' free agent wide receiver will visit Minnesota tonight after meeting with Seattle yesterday. He might also visit with the New York Giants, but that has not been confirmed.

After a hectic first 36 hours of free agency, Houshmandzadeh is one of the big names remaining, along with Baltimore linebacker Ray Lewis and Arizona quarterback Kurt Warner."
