"T.J. Houshmandzadeh will know about his future by the end of the weekend.
In a text message to The Enquirer, the Bengals' free agent wide receiver said he expects to make a decision "Sunday evening" about whether to remain in Cincinnati or go to a new team.
The Bengals and Houshmandzadeh's agent, Kennard McGuire, have been in discussions over the last three days and the Bengals have an offer on the table.
The Bengals' free agent wide receiver will visit Minnesota tonight after meeting with Seattle yesterday. He might also visit with the New York Giants, but that has not been confirmed.
After a hectic first 36 hours of free agency, Houshmandzadeh is one of the big names remaining, along with Baltimore linebacker Ray Lewis and Arizona quarterback Kurt Warner."
