"Safety Chris Hope (shoulder) missed practice Thursday and his availability for Sunday's game is in serious doubt.

Hope's shoulder popped out last week against the Jaguars, Coach Mike Munchak said.

"He took a good shot on it, it popped in and out. And when that happens it's just a matter of getting it strong again so it won't happen again," Munchak said. "It's a confidence thing, too."

Hope has 49 straight starts. Jordan Babineaux would start in Hope's place."
