"Tayshaun Prince had a message for Detroit Pistons fans following the game Tuesday night: If you don't like what you see on the court, keep your mouth shut.

Prince sparred verbally with fans seated behind the Pistons bench Tuesday night during a 109-86 loss to the Boston Celtics.

He was asked after the game whether he was frustrated by the exchange.

"It's not frustrating," Prince said. "It's just, you know, if you don't have something nice to say, don't say it at all. If you've got something positive to say, go ahead. When things aren't going right, a lot of people have stuff to say."
