With Indiana in town for tonight's game at the AT&T Center, Spurs swingman Stephen Jackson took the time after shootaround to reflect on his two seasons with the Pacers.

It was a time of crisis for the Texas native, whose reputation took huge hits with his involvement in the Malice at the Palace and a gun incident outside an Indianapolis strip club. But Jackson said those incidents also taught him to think things through, rather than merely act on impulse.

So what of his two technical fouls in the Spurs' first three games?

"I thought about those techs," Jackson said. "I got fouled the second time and the other time (Oklahoma City forward Serge) Ibaka was running his mouth a little too much. I will never get disrespected by nobody. I'm going to go out a man. If I get disrespected tonight (against Indiana) I'm going to get a tech tonight. Point-blank."
