"Winger Jere Lehtinen has not decided whether or not he wants to retire, and Stars general manager Joe Nieuwendyk said he doesn't think Lehtinen needs to make a decision anytime soon.

Lehtinen, 37, has played out his contract, but Nieuwendyk said the two sides will probably keep the door open for Lehtinen to return possibly later in the season.
