"The Stars expect to be without forward Adam Burish for at least four weeks because of a broken bone in his left hand. Burish incurred the injury when hit by a shot from teammate Brenden Morrow during the loss to Florida on Tuesday.

This is the second consecutive season in which Burish has had a significant injury. He missed eight games last season because of a fractured orbital bone and was out for an additional 11 late-season games because of a lower-body injury."
