"Peyton Manning looked for them first in the regular season, but receiver Reggie Wayne and tight end Dallas Clark often have taken a back seat to young receivers Pierre Garcon and Austin Collie in the playoffs.

That's not an issue, Wayne and Clark say, as long as the Indianapolis Colts win.

Garcon, in his second year, enters Sunday's Super Bowl XLIV as the Colts' leading receiver in the postseason with 16 catches. That includes 11 in the previous game, an AFC Championship Game record. Collie, a rookie fourth-round pick, is tied with Wayne and Clark at 11 catches.

During the season, Wayne and Clark each caught 100 passes. Collie had 60 and Garcon 47.

"It's kind of nice knowing that, gosh, if they shut down Reggie, we've still got options," said Clark, a first-time Pro Bowl selection. "The younger guys are stepping up."

Wayne, chosen to his fourth consecutive Pro Bowl, said gaudy numbers are a byproduct of being in such an explosive pass offense with a four-time NFL MVP quarterback. But unlike other receivers in the league who complain when they don't get the ball, Wayne said he doesn't worry about his stats.

"Nah, not at all," he said. "It's just going in and doing your job, wait until your number is being called. When I get the opportunity, make something happen."

In the Colts' Super Bowl XLI victory three years ago, Wayne caught two passes, one for a 53-yard touchdown. Clark had four receptions for 36 yards.

"I kind of enjoy where I'm at now," Clark said. "My first few years when I'd get two catches, I'd be thrilled. Everything else is gravy."

Asked if he would ever demand the ball, Clark was definitive."
