West Brom are ready to offer Saido Berahino to West Ham in a swap for Diafra Sakho.

The Hammers have rejected two bids from Sunderland for striker Sakho, because they did not meet their £15million valuation.

And Sam Allardyce could be frustrated further with the player unsure about a move to Wearside and the Baggies prepared to offer Berahino in exchange for him.

Everton, Stoke and Crystal Palace are also interested in Sakho, who has scored 19 times in 49 games since a £3.5m move from French club Metz two years ago.

But he is unhappy about not playing more regularly and over his basic wage of £27,000 a week.
