"St. Louis Rams coach Steve Spagnuolo said running back Steven Jackson (quad) will be a true game-time decision Monday night against the New York Giants.

"We'll do a workout pregame to see where he is and then make a decision," Spagnuolo said Sunday night at the team hotel. "He didn't do anything during the week. We knew the only shot he had was to rest it all the way through. It'll be a tough call."
