"The Atlanta Falcons tried out four defensive backs this week, according to a league source with knowledge of the situation.

They auditioned former Cincinnati Bengals and Indianapolis Colts cornerback Morgan Trent, former Carolina Panthers cornerback Robert McClain, former New York Giants cornerback Brian Williams and former Miami Dolphins cornerback Nathan Jones.

Williams has also played for the Minnesota Vikings, Jacksonville Jaguars and the Atlanta Falcons.

Jones has played for the Dallas Cowboys and the Denver Broncos.

The St. Louis Rams and Philadelphia Eagles recently tried out Trent."
