"With some wondering whether Buffalo will deal running back Marshawn Lynch, the Bills have been dangling quarterback Trent Edwards, according to a league source.

The Bills spoke to at least one team this week about a trade for the quarterback they benched in favor of Ryan Fitzpatrick.

It is not the first time Edwards' name has come up in trade talks. Buffalo debated dealing him during the offseason, before it opened up the quarterback competition that Edwards eventually won."
