Ryan Smyth had his bobblehead doll tucked away in the dressing room waiting to give to his three-year-old son Alexander after the game.

"It was his first game here in Edmonton," he said of the little guy, who probably won't recognize the doll as his dad.

It doesn't look much like him, either front or back.

The face could be anybody.

And the bobblehead has no butt.

But they got the mullet close.

The fans, however, recognized the live version of No. 94 as he followed a beautiful cross-ice pass from rookie Ryan Nugent-Hopkins to Taylor Hall for his first goal of the season with the winner as the Oilers scored a 3-0 win over the Nashville Predators.
