That broken jaw that knocked Penguins captain Sidney Crosby out of action for some time last season and was a constant point of focus during the playoffs shouldn't be an issue anymore.
Crosby spoke with CTV Atlantic and explained that he has a minor procedure awaiting and then, finally, that should be it.
"Jaw's good," says Crosby. "I think I have to do some things once I get back to Pittsburgh, but pretty minor procedures and stuff that, hopefully, I really won't have to worry about once I get it done."
Phew! The NHL's nightmare should be behind us all by the start of next season; Crosby can get back to playing like normal and hockey fans can stop fearing about his jaw and focus just on his concussion history again.
