For the second straight year, Buffalo Bills guard Richie Incognito is the self-proclaimed reigning, defending, undisputed champion of the Thanksgiving Day Weight Gain Challenge, hosted by teammate Eric Wood. Before and after eating, everyone competing is weighed, and the person who packs on the most pounds is the winner.

Prior to Wood's third annual competition, Incognito told Jay Skurski of The Buffalo News that he wasn't going to participate after gaining 15 pounds last year. "I'm out," Incognito said. "I gained too much weight last year." Bills teammate and fellow competitor Garrison Sanborn wasn't convinced that Incognito was going to bow out, saying, "He can't shy away from competition. He says that now, but he'll be in there." And Sanborn called it. Incognito ended up participating.
