Duke forward Jabari Parker — projected as the No. 1 pick by Sporting News — will be a surefire lottery pick if he chooses to enter the NBA draft. But that may not be enough for Parker, who is considering a second collegiate season, according to Chad Ford of ESPN.com (via Real GM).

Multiple NBA general managers believe Parker is headed back to Duke, writes Ford. The NBA draft analyst went on to say he believes Parker will leave for the NBA.

For his part, Parker has until April 27 to decide whether to declare for the draft or return to school.

Parker is expected to be part of a much-hyped draft class, along with Andrew Wiggins, Julius Randle, Dante Exum, Aaron Gordon and Joel Embiid. Of those players, Parker and Embiid are reportedly still on the fence. Randle has yet to declare because his season is still in progress.

Parker averaged 19.3 points and 8.8 rebounds as a freshmen, but suffered an early exit from the NCAA tournament when his Blue Devils were defeated by Mercer.
