After constant rumors the past few days, Maryland sophomore Seth Allen has officially come to a decision: he's leaving the Terrapins.

"I had a great two years there," Allen told "And I'm thankful for the opportunity, but I also feel as though it's time for me to move on."

Allen has not received his release yet, according to the report.

The 6-foot-1 Virginia native averaged 13.4 points and 3.0 assists last season, but scored at least 18 points in four of his last five games to end the campaign. Allen also went for 32 points and seven 3-pointers in a February win over Florida State. He missed the first 12 games of the season with a broken foot.
