The Senators were fighting amongst themselves Friday.

Battling to get back into a playoff position with the Los Angeles Kings in town Saturday, the Senators' one hour practice at the Canadian Tire Centre turned vicious with no love lost between teammates at times.

After a collision near centre ice and some pushing and shoving, Chris Neil punched Cory Conacher in the face.

It didn't stop there. Then, the duo exchanged slashes after Neil caught Conacher with a blindside hit. Conacher threw his broken stick in disgust and cursed when coach Paul MacLean stepped in.

If that wasn't enough, winger Bobby Ryan got hooked in the face by Colin Greening and veteran defenceman Chris Phillips left after blocking a shot. He was fine, but this was hardly just another day in paradise. Nope, not by any stretch of the imagination.
