Phillies assistant general manager Scott Proefrock said there are no plans to have a minor league pitcher ready to take the place of Roy Halladay, and there aren't any plans to bring back Roy Oswalt, who's a free agent.

Proefrock said all that is premature, and nothing will be determined until Halladay has an exam today for his sore shoulder.

Halladay left his start Sunday against the Cardinals after two innings when his shoulder started bothering him. Proefrock said the team is still trying to line up a doctor and a location for the exam. He wouldn't say if an MRI would be involved.
