Romo in danger of an early exit at Pebble Beach

"The AT&T Pebble Beach National Pro-Am is legendary for its weather. Well, the weather turned at mid-day Friday. In the middle of the second round, a misty rain began falling, getting the competitors wet and softening the greens.

Tony Romo came prepared. As the Cowboys quarterback was walking down the fairway on the 12th hole at Monterey Peninsula Country Club, he donned a white windbreaker, which he wore the rest of the afternoon.

More rain is expected for today's third round.

Romo and Tiger Woods once again drew large crowds as they made their way around the par-70 course. Cowboys T-shirts were plentiful in the gallery.

As for the golf, Romo was less help on Friday. After picking up three shots in the better-ball format Thursday, Romo provided only one shot of support Friday.

Romo didn't stick around to talk to media members after his round.

Romo and Woods (10 under) are tied for 50th in the pro-am competition, 15 shots behind Padraig Harrington and J.P. McManus. The top 25 teams make the cut for Sunday's final round at Pebble Beach.

Romo and Woods will play Pebble Beach in the third round. They are scheduled to tee off at 10:22 Dallas time, weather permitting."
