When Jimmy Rollins arrived in the clubhouse after Tuesday night's game, a magnum of champagne emblazoned with his picture and a message congratulating him on his 2,000th hit sat in front of his locker.

Phillies director of travel and clubhouse services Frank Coppenbarger doesn't miss anything.

Rollins, 33, became the 271st player to reach 2,000 hits when he doubled off Mat Latos in the fifth inning. He joined Hall of Famers Mike Schmidt, Richie Ashburn and Ed Delahanty as the only players to stroke 2,000 hits in a Phillies uniform.

"That's pretty cool," Rollins said of joining that trio.
