"Wide receiver Michael Jenkins is one of the few remaining players from the 2004 team that routed the St. Louis Rams, 47-17, in the Georgia Dome.
For most of the squad, this will be their first home playoff game at the Georgia Dome.
"I think it'll be pretty, pretty, pretty loud," wide receiver Roddy White said. "Mike (Jenkins) told me about when they played St. Louis (in 2004 divisional round) and how loud the Dome was and how excited the fans were. So we expect them to be just like that. It's a big game, and it's just the next step for us. This is what we worked so hard for throughout the season. You win all those games and you want to get home-field advantage for a chance to win."
There's a report about the Delta flying a charter in the for the Packers fans, who know how to travel well. I remember the Packer Nation taking over the Edward Jones Dome back on their Super Bowl march back in 1996. The Packers won and the fans didn't want to leave. When the reporters were leaving hours after the game, they were still in Dome yelling their "Go Pack Go" chant."
