"Robinson Cano was the lone position player missing from camp Saturday, as the second baseman mixed up his report dates.

According to Brian Cashman, Cano thought he was supposed to report Saturday and take his physical Sunday, but physicals were given Saturday in advance of Sunday's first full-squad workout.

Cano was slated to arrive in Tampa Saturday night, so he'll take his physical Sunday morning before hitting the field with his teammates. Cano won't face any discipline for his late arrival, as players aren't technically required to be in camp before Saturday."
