Ricky Nolasco says not to worry aboutin velocity

"Right-hander Ricky Nolasco's velocity ranged from 88-91 mph Sunday, a few ticks lower than normal. He said that's no cause for alarm, but he wasn't happy with his performance in the Marlins' 10-8 win over the New York Mets at Sun Life Stadium.

"It felt terrible, but there are games when that's going to happen and you just have to go out there and battle. That's pretty much the only thing I'm proud of myself for today - I battled," he said.

Nolasco (4-2, 3.59) became the second Marlins starter to four wins (Nate Robertson is 4-3), despite allowing three runs (two earned) on six hits in six innings. He threw 95 pitches, 54 for strikes."
