The injury bug is running wild through the Sixers locker room right now with no sign of stopping.
A day after finding out that Thaddeus Young will miss up to three weeks with a hamstring strain, the Sixers will now be without Jason Richardson for the rest of the season according to a report from Marc J. Spears of Yahoo Sports.
Richardson, who was in New York on Wednesday seeing a knee specialist, will reportedly have surgery next week. The time table for his recovery is believed to be six-to-nine months.
Add Andrew Bynum to the list of wounded Sixers and this team is now without three key players they counted on to contribute this season.
