Not surprisingly, the Seahawks heaped plenty of praise on New Orleans quarterback Drew Brees.

But cornerback Richard Sherman offered an interesting examination of Brees, long considered one of the league’s top quarterbacks. Sherman was asked if Brees is one of the hardest guys to read from a defensive back perspective, and here’s what he had to say:

“I wouldn’t say he’s the hardest guy to read, but he’s definitely difficult,” Sherman said. “There are some plays where I don’t know if he knew where he was going at the read.
