Bills coach Rex Ryan is not expected to return to the team in 2017 and may be fired as soon as Monday, CBS Sports’ Jason La Canfora reports.

The Bills are 14–14 in two seasons under Ryan but “[i]t would take an overwhelming performance down the stretch for Ryan to be back in 2017,” La Canfora reports, adding that Ryan’s relationship with general manager Doug Whaley “is not tenable long term.”

The Bills have already shaken up the coaching staff this season, firing offensive coordinator Greg Roman after a Week 2 loss to the Jets.
