"Jason Cole of Yahoo! Sports and Pro Football Talk have obtained an agreement between from NFL general counsel Jeff Pash and NFLPA executive director DeMaurice Smith allowing the suspension of eight players for lockout-related offenses related to the personal conduct policy.

Three of the eight players identified in the list have relevance to local fans — Cedric Benson, Adam "Pacman" Jones and Brandon Underwood.

When reached to respond to the reports, NFLPA spokesman George Atallah had no comment. The other players on the list are Aqib Talib, Kenny Britt, Albert Haynesworth, Clark Haggans and Johnny Jolly."
