"Canadian free agent Rich Harden looks to be rejoining the Oakland Athletics.

According to the San Francisco Chronicle, the Victoria, B.C. native has agreed to a deal with the club that drafted him in 2000. According to SI.com, Harden will make $1.5 million plus incentives in 2011.

Harden only managed to pitch a total of 92 innings in 2010 with the Texas Rangers because of shoulder tendinitis as well as a strained left gluteus muscle. He posted a 5.58 ERA and was left off the playoff roster."
