James Johnson is returning for a second stint with the Toronto Raptors, the Toronto Star‘s Doug Smith reported Thursday morning.

Johnson spent parts of two seasons with the Raptors after being acquired from the Miami Heat midway through the 2010-11 season. The six-foot-nine forward enjoyed his best years in Toronto, averaging a career-best 9.1 points and 4.7 rebounds while playing 26 minutes per game.
