"A Bakersfield, Calif., television station is reporting the local District Attorney's office won't file charges against Cardinals linebacker Joey Porter.

Porter was arrested last weekend on suspicion of driving under the influence, resisting arrest and assault on a police officer. The story said the television station is waiting on an interview with the DA's office."
