"The Ravens, who last week retained offensive coordinator Cam Cameron but said they would be looking to hire a quarterbacks coach, apparently have found their man, according to an espn.com report.
Former Indianapolis Colts head coach Jim Caldwell will be joining the Ravens' coaching staff, a league source told ESPN's Adam Schefter. Caldwell was fired after a 2-14 season in which Colts owner Jim Irsay made sweeping front-office and coaching staff changes.
The Pittsburgh Steelers, looking for an offensive coordinator, interviewed Caldwell over the weekend, according to multiple reports."
