"Rookie wide receiver Niles Paul was able to participate in parts of practice this week, but Coach Mike Shanahan said he's still at least a week away from returning to lineup. He will not be available Sunday at Seattle.

Paul (turf toe) has missed the past two games. In practice Wednesday and Thursday, Paul did some running and some drillwork.
