Chip Kelly appears to have a familiar name in mind to be his offensive coordinator at UCLA.

Ian Rapoport of NFL Network reported on Sunday that Washington Redskins quarterbacks coach Kevin O’Connell is the Bruins’ top target for their OC job.

O’Connell, who is just 32 years old, is in his first season as Redskins QB coach.
