"Washington Redskins strong safety LaRon Landry remained sidelined by a groin injury as the team returned to practice Wednesday.

Also held out of practice, according to the team's injury report, were punter Sav Rocca (ankle) and defensive lineman Chris Baker (quad). Rookie nose tackle Chris Neild missed practice for a personal matter, Coach Mike Shanahan said.

Limited in practice were starting defensive end Stephen Bowen (knee), right tackle Jammal Brown (hip), linebacker London Fletcher (ankle), cornerback DeAngelo Hall (back), left guard Maurice Hurt (knee), safety DeJon Gomes (knee) and receiver Terrence Austin (hamstring)."
