"The Washington Redskins have released wide receiver Donte Stallworth to make room on the roster for new addition David Anderson, according to a person with knowledge of the situation.
Washington agreed to terms with Anderson, a sixth-year wide receiver out of Colorado State, late Monday night. Anderson spent the first six seasons of his career with Houston, where he played under current Redskins offensive coordinator Kyle Shanahan, before getting cut earlier this year and serving a brief stint with Denver."
