"Raymond Felton said it won't be his call if he will play in the Trail Blazers' game against Houston in the Rose Garden on Wednesday.

"If it's up to me, I'm going to play," said Felton, who sat out the Blazers' loss to Oklahoma City with a sprained left foot. "We'll see what Jay (Jensen) the trainer says."

The Blazers officially listed Felton, who suffered the injury Saturday against Denver, as "questionable" for Wednesday and said he would be a game-time decision. Felton said he has been rehabilitating through laser treatment, icing and work in the pool."
