"Rangers right-hander Rich Harden, who was scheduled to pitch Tuesday against Tampa Bay, went on the disabled list with right shoulder tendinitis.

Harden, who had been pushed back after a poor start at Oakland on Aug. 7, is eligible to come off the DL on Aug. 23. He could make a rehab start Tuesday night for Triple-A Oklahoma City.

Right-hander Tommy Hunter will start Tuesday against Tampa Bay on three days' rest. Hunter pitched three innings Friday and was ill during the game. He threw a bullpen session Sunday and felt fine. "
